PAYMENT

Balisima accepts American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

 

Please note that prices are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD). For customers using a different currency, the amount charged will be based on the conversion fees and rates of your selected payment method.

 

Our online store offers support for multiple currencies. Please keep in mind that the prices displayed are only estimates, and the final charges will depend on the conversion rates and fees associated with your chosen payment method.

SHIPPING (Domestic)

Your support is greatly appreciated!  Please note, for orders received on Saturday Sunday or Public Holidays (Singapore) will be processed on the next business day.

 

All Balisima products are shipped from Singapore by reliable local couriers. Tracking numbers will always be provided.

 

Domestic orders usually take 3 to 5 business days. International orders will depend on the destination. Estimates will be provided by the couriers directly.

SHIPPING (International)

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please be aware that exchanges, refunds, or returns are only offered for items with production faults. To initiate a return, kindly provide proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 business days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and returns, and a small restocking fee may be applicable.

DAMAGED, LOST or MISSING

Once we transfer an order to the designated shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, losses or damage that may occur.

 

We do not assume responsibility for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses during checkout, as we are unable to redirect shipments once carriers have picked them up.

 

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to you for an address correction. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be invoiced accordingly.
